The professional dry cleaning provided was professional and well done. One of the items cleaned was a family heirloom and it was handled with care and returned in great condition.

Dear Dennis and Scott: 

As a result of a recent sewer backup in my partially finished basement, I was in need of assistance and called upon ServiceMaster. I was not disappointed in the least. Although it was already evening, you came swiftly to assess the situation and staff at my home within a matter of hours to begin the clean up process, returning the next day to complete the task. Initially, you expressed concern for my health and well being and encourage me to stay at a motel for the night. Since ServiceMaster obviously did not stand to gain anything from my staying elsewhere, my confidence was cemented in having chosen your company.

Subsequently, ServiceMaster and N.E.W. Restoration Services came to my home to assess any further needs. The goal was to provide me with a safe, healthy home in the easiest and most cost efficient manner. It was recommended that two rooms, the baseboards, the lower framing and lower portion of the paneling in the finished area of the basement be removed, sanitizer applied and new replacement materials be installed. Dates were scheduled for this work to be completed and carpenters kept to the schedule.  A problem was encountered during the construction process. However, N.E.W. Restoration took full responsibility for their mistake and readily found an acceptable solution. 

It was a pleasure to work with both of you. This was truly a collaborative effort among ServiceMaster, N.E.W. Restoration Services and me, the customer. I consider you to be professionals of integrity and your respective companies are fortunate to have you as employees. While I certainly hope I will not be in need of your services in the future, if misfortune falls, I will not hesitate to call upon you again.

As you recall, in late August it was damaged by fire and smoke, and was unlivable. The house built in 1922, required substantial construction work. Your company carried out the project in a timely and professional way, with lots of attention to detail (glass doorknobs, stain match, etc.) I selected you as primary contractor on recommendation from my brother Ben, who had used your services with good satisfaction. My insurance company was also pleased with your selection, as your company could complete the project from start to finish.

To Whom It May Concern: 

 

Late in the evening on Thursday, November 5, 2009 and through the early morning hours of Friday, November 6, 2009, the Seymour Community School District experienced a fire in the Seymour Middle School art room. The art room was a total loss. In addition to the fire damage in the art room, the entire school building suffered extensive smoke damage. 

 

Many decisions had to be made as administration worked through the district’s crisis manual. One decision was to make a call early in the morning hours of Friday, November 6th to ServiceMaster Specialty Restoration Services of Green Bay. ServiceMaster agreed to meet district personnel on site at 6:00 a.m. that morning. ServiceMaster quickly guided district personnel through a complete assessment of what needed to be done, produced a schedule that would accomplish the goal of having school open for students on Monday, November 9th, and started with their first round-the-clock shift Friday morning at 7:00a a.m. ServiceMaster crews worked around the clock Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Our last floor was scrubbed Monday morning and equipment removed as students entered a completely clean building as promised! 

 

ServiceMaster performed superbly. Their crews worked hard, long hours, were organized, protected school property, provided security for the building when needed, worked as a team with our general contractor in the fire damaged area, and directed the restoration of the school building in all other areas. As a result of this experience, I am comfortable to refer ServiceMaster Specialty Restoration Services of Green Bay. We had a disaster, and ServiceMaster completed our restoration.

In August 2009, our kitchen had a fire.  The instrument panel in the stove (I believe) was the cause of the fire.  This all happened on a Friday night.  I called my insurance company Saturday morning and since it wasn't a real emergency, they told me someone will call me first thing Monday morning.  I did get the call from my adjuster Monday morning and we set up an appointment to survey the damages later that day.  I met my adjuster and after reviewing the damages and all the soot that was throughout the house, he said he would like to call Service Master.  I certainly wasn't familiar with any company for this type of thing, so I agreed.  Within the hour, a gentleman from Service Master was at my house and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of.  He left and an hour later he came back with big fans that sucked the smoke smell out of my kitchen and the contractor he called who also came that Monday said he will have people there in two days (I think it was two days) to clean all the soot.  That happened and my wife and I were thrilled.  They took care of making all the arrangements throughout the repairs except for things that we would need to choose, like the color of the paint, wall paper, etc.  Although this is an event that I hope never to experience again, Service Master helped us get back on track ASAP.  I want you to know how much my wife and I really appreciated the expedient service we received and we have told many the same story.
